A God that was slowly melding Shiokawa natives together to form the Perfect Form to protect the further gestation of a horrific God (either another God entirely, or Zhectast's next form). The stronger this God gets, the more Shiokawa seems to unify and warp together, though it still makes them weaker.

Blood Mania: At the cost of her own physical wellness, Ayaka gets faster and stronger depending on the amount of curses she's accumulated. Sort of like a frenzied "berserker" state.

Doom Effigy: Lowers more doom upon completion of a mystery depending on the amount of curses she has, at the cost of a bit of her own sanity. Playing this in an RP context as her sapping away an eldritch enemy's strength a bit.

Eldritch Possession: With a bonus to all of her stats depending on the amount of curses she has, Ayaka takes a hit to her physical and mental wellness. Will be played in an RP sense as her getting stronger/faster/smarter/more dexterous and performing well under pressure with added curses.

Ghostly Spear: At the cost of her max stamina, Ayaka deals heavy damage to an enemy with an intangible spear that appears out of her hand.

Unearthly Suture: At the cost of making her enemies a bit stronger (increasing Doom, in game terms), Ayaka can heal an injury on her person.

Protective Carvings: Sigils appear on her, cut into her skin, and reduce the amount of physical damage taken. The cost is some of her stamina.

Hunger: Makes her a little bit more scary to humans; cannibalistic urges are implied, so that's what I'm going with.

Paranoid: A chance of losing her sanity when she's hit physically.

Ritual mask: Makes her less likely to lose her reason, especially in a fight.

Onyx medallion: An unremovable necklace that keeps Ayaka cursed.

backstory & mysteries

Before: Ayaka attempted a ritual with her friends shortly before their Coming of Age day. They ended up refusing, and as Ayaka had already collected some of their personal effects for the ritual ... they died. Now their souls inhabit her onyx medallion, and its their souls that haunt her and keep her cursed, no matter what.

Scissors: Ayaka, having knowledge of similar rituals and knowing that to do, was able to successfully summon and defeat the Kuchisake Onna, though this was at the cost of a scissors-shaped scar on one side of her mouth ...

Mermaids: Ayaka's next lesson was in how cruel and dangerous humans can really be. This janitor tried to capture her to turn her into a "mermaid" as he had those other school girls, but she was able to escape ...

Recluse: Then trapped inside her apartment, all alone, Ayaka came face to face with the girl who once lived there who wanted to keep her safe, keep her all to herself. The windows and doors became unusable, and Ayaka grew weaker day by day, until she found a memento from the ghost known as Roommate ... using that memento against her in a quick ritual to sacrifice it, Ayaka then defeated Roommate, which reverted her apartment back to normal ...

Bulletin: Suicide TW. With a string of student suicides only increasing in frequency, caretakers and school staff were worried. Ayaka knew there was something else to it, and that proved to be true: a mysterious force called the Voice of Humanity was seeking to bring characters to commit suicide to no longer feel pain ... However, Ayaka managed to defeat it, though she was shaken terribly ...

Ward: A friend of Ayaka's from their school days — one of the last living ones, it seemed — contacted her. They were to have surgery soon, and wanted Ayaka to visit them even though they'd fallen out of contact since school ended. They'd ended their friendship on a strange note, but Ayaka wanted to be there for them anyway as they recovered in the hospital ... only to discover that, on the last day of their recovery, they were going to take Ayaka's place. They had gotten surgery to look just like her, much to her absolute horror. After killing said friend, Ayaka was disturbed even further, but she had to go on to the Lighthouse to stop the ritual and end the summoning of Zechtast.
